The panel originally transferred three civil actions to the Eastern District of Wisconsin on April 3, 2026, creating MDL No. 3179. The April 14 order states that "no additional action(s) have been transferred to the Eastern District of Wisconsin" since the initial transfer, and that "with the consent of that court, all such actions have been assigned to the Honorable William C. Griesbach."

The six tag-along actions on the schedule were filed in four districts. Three are pending in the Central District of California: People of the State of California et al. v. REV Group Inc. et al., Ebbetts Pass Fire Protection District v. REV Group Inc. et al., and The City of Santa Barbara v. REV Group Inc. et al.

The remaining cases include a People of the State of California action in the Southern District of California, an action by the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas in the District of Kansas, and Shawnee City of Oklahoma et al. v. Oshkosh Corporation et al. in the Western District of Oklahoma.

The panel found it "appears that the action(s) on this conditional transfer order involve questions of fact that are common to the actions previously transferred to the Eastern District of Wisconsin and assigned to Judge Griesbach."

The order takes effect upon filing with the Eastern District of Wisconsin clerk. Transmittal "shall be stayed 7 days from the entry thereof," the panel said. "If any party files a notice of opposition with the Clerk of the Panel within this 7−day period, the stay will be continued until further order of the Panel."

The schedule notes the Shawnee, Oklahoma action was opposed on April 13, 2026, the day before the order issued.

Acting Clerk of the Panel Josh R. Bullock signed the order on behalf of the panel.
