What the complaint alleges
Watkins Manufacturing Corporation sued Liuyang Guanyang Trading Co., Ltd. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, alleging that Liuyang infringes U.S. Patent No. 11,407,661 by making, using, selling, offering for sale, and/or importing salt system cartridges under the brand name PRFCTTY through Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
