What the complaint alleges
ABC IP LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., and RBTM LLC sued Edward Gross, doing business as Tactical Supply Depot and BamaLaser, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. The plaintiffs allege that Gross infringes nine of their patents (including the '247, '784, '538, '159, '223, '003, '336, '807, and '403 Patents) by making and selling products such as the Super Safety, Kubota, and Selektor. They also allege that Gross infringes their FRT trademarks by advertising and selling non-genuine products using the FRT Marks. The plaintiffs further allege that Gross's conduct is willful.
