The Panel issued a Conditional Transfer Order on April 14, 2026, citing common questions of fact with actions previously transferred to the Eastern District of Wisconsin. The order was filed in the docket for case 2:26-cv-00636 on April 15, 2026.

The newly transferred cases include People of The State of California et al v. REV Group, Inc. et al and Ebbetts Pass Fire Protection District v. REV Group, Inc. et al from the Central District of California. The Southern District of California also contributed People of the State of California et al v. Rev Group, Inc. et al.

From the District of Kansas, the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas v. REV Group, Inc. et al action is included. The Western District of Oklahoma added Shawnee City of Oklahoma et al v. Oshkosh Corporation et al.

All transferred actions have been assigned to the Honorable William C. Griesbach in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, with the consent of that court. The Panel noted that no additional actions have been transferred to this district since the initial transfer order on April 3, 2026.

The transfer order does not become effective until filed in the Office of the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. The transmittal is stayed for seven days from entry.

Any party may file a notice of opposition with the Clerk of the Panel within this seven-day period. If an opposition is filed, the stay continues until further order of the Panel.
