U.S. District Judge Cristian M. Stevens imposed the sentence in the Eastern District of Missouri on April 16, 2026. Williams pleaded guilty to Count One of a two-count indictment under 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) and § 2251(e). The underlying conduct occurred on March 14, 2024.

The court ordered Williams to serve his federal term concurrently with any sentence imposed in St. Louis County Circuit Court under Docket No. 2422-CR01146-01. The federal sentence runs consecutively to state sentences in Cole County, Callaway County, and Boone County.

Upon release, Williams faces life on supervised release. Mandatory conditions include DNA collection and compliance with the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act. He must also submit to drug testing and refrain from unlawful substance use.

Special conditions restrict Williams’s access to technology. He is prohibited from possessing or using computers, internet-connected devices, or electronic storage media without probation office approval. He must warn other users that his devices are subject to search and allow the installation of monitoring software.

The judgment also bars Williams from viewing or possessing any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving minors. He is prohibited from having direct contact with any person under 18 without permission from his probation officer.

Judge Stevens recommended that Williams participate in the Residential Drug Abuse Program, mental health treatment, and the Sex Offender Management Program while in the Bureau of Prisons. The court also suggested an evaluation for an occupational program in auto mechanics.

Williams was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal. He must notify the U.S. Attorney’s Office within 30 days of any change in name, residence, or mailing address.
