What the complaint alleges
Agrovalley Inc. sued Nutrien Ag Solutions, CF Industries Holdings, Koch Agronomic Services, Yara International ASA, The Mosaic Company, and Canpotex Ltd. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging a conspiracy to fix prices for nitrogen, phosphate, and potash fertilizers. The complaint claims that from January 1, 2021, to the present, the defendants agreed to artificially inflate fertilizer prices, causing direct purchasers to pay supra-competitive prices in violation of federal antitrust law.
