SYRACUSE (LN) — U.S. District Judge Anthony J. Brindisi granted final approval of the class settlement in Horner v. Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. on May 19, 2026, formally ending the litigation brought by Gordon Horner and Ann Marie Hudson on behalf of themselves and other similarly situated workers.

The court's order granted the Motion for Final Approval of Class Settlement (Dkt. No. 178) and dismissed the action with prejudice as to all defendants, including Little Caesar Enterprises, Phoenix Nexus Limited Liability Company, and numerous franchise entities such as Main St LC LLC and Salina St SY LC LLC.

The judgment explicitly states that the court retains exclusive jurisdiction over the parties and the Settlement Class members to enforce the terms and provisions of the Agreement and the Order.

The case, originally filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York under case number 5:22-cv-01324, concluded with the entry of judgment on May 19, 2026.
