MANHATTAN (LN) — U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres on Tuesday consolidated six putative class actions against Louis Vuitton North America, Inc. into a single data breach case and appointed interim class counsel, requiring a consolidated complaint to be filed by June 11.

The order, filed May 12, merges the cases under the docket number of the first-filed action, Butler-Adams v. Louis Vuitton North America, Inc., No. 1:25-cv-7109. The court will oversee the merged cases under the caption In re Louis Vuitton North America, Inc. Data Breach Litigation.

Torres granted the plaintiffs’ unopposed motion to consolidate, finding that the actions arise nucleus of operative facts. The court ruled that consolidation would eliminate duplicative discovery, prevent inconsistent pretrial rulings, and conserve the resources of the parties, their counsel and the judiciary.

The consolidated litigation now encompasses the following cases: Butler-Adams (No. 1:25-cv-7109); Miamen (No. 1:25-cv-7183); Godinez (No. 1:25-cv-7280); Moran (No. 1:25-cv-7241); Guanzon (No. 1:25-cv-7240); and Winkler (No. 1:26-cv-00702).

Under the order, any future related actions arising data breach that are filed in, removed to, or transferred to the Southern District of New York will also be consolidated under the lead case number.

Torres appointed Daniel Srourian of Srourian Law Firm, P.C., and Hunter Bryson of Bryson, Harris, Suciu & DeMay, PLLC, as interim co-lead class counsel for the plaintiffs.

The judge also appointed an executive committee to assist the lead counsel. The committee includes Israel David of Israel David LLC, Amber Schubert of Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP, Mark Reich of Levi & Korsinksky, LLP, and Steven Nathan of Hausfeld, LLP, with Nathan serving as chairperson.

All deadlines cases were vacated by the order.

Plaintiffs are required to file a consolidated class action complaint within 30 days of the order.

Louis Vuitton must respond to the consolidated complaint within 45 days of its filing. The parties must file a joint letter and proposed case management plan within 60 days of the complaint’s filing.

The consolidation order references a prior January 12, 2026, order by Torres litigation.
