The order, entered in the Southern District of Texas, also grants leave to Mexico Sports Distribution, LLC or Manuel Arroyo to file a motion within seven days justifying why the presumptive right of public access to judicial records should be overcome and the materials should remain sealed.
The order, signed on May 20, 2026, allows the plaintiffs—Fox Corporation, Fox Media LLC, and Fox Sports En Español LLC—to submit the contested materials without immediate public disclosure. The court did not rule on the underlying motion to compel but addressed the procedural request to file the supporting brief under seal.
