The court accepted the Taylor action as related to the consolidated shareholder derivative litigation, In re Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Derivative Litigation. The decision followed a stipulation and proposed order filed by the parties to the Taylor action, requesting that their case be consolidated for all purposes, including pre-trial proceedings and trial, with the existing derivative litigation.
Judge Vyskocil granted the request, ordering that Taylor v. Schleifer et al. be consolidated for all purposes with the consolidated derivative action.
The court further directed the Clerk of Court to close the member case, Taylor v. Schleifer et al.
