SAN FRANCISCO — Magistrate Judge Lisa J. Cisneros granted plaintiffs’ motion to produce documents pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1681b(a)(1), directing the third-party background check provider to produce records for specific drivers named in the litigation.
The order lists the following cases and drivers: - 3:24-cv-07019: Felix Perez Rodriguez (Plaintiff LCHB128) - 3:24-cv-07940: Edwin Castaneda Orozco (Plaintiff B.L.) - 3:24-cv-07821: Hung Quang Le, also known as Michael Le or Michale Le (Plaintiff A.R. 2)
The documents are to be produced in satisfaction of Request 4 of subpoenas issued by plaintiffs.
Cisneros ordered that the produced documents be designated as “CONFIDENTIAL – ATTORNEYS’ EYES ONLY” under the protective order entered in the litigation.
