MARSHALL, Texas (LN) — U.S. District Judge Rodney Gilstrap signed a consolidation order April 23, combining six cases into a single lead case for pretrial purposes. The lead case, Induction Devices LLC v. Amazon.com, Inc., No. 2:26-cv-00191, will serve as the consolidated action. Five member cases were folded into the lead case.

Under the order, all future filings must be submitted to the lead case docket. Individual cases remain active for trial.

The Clerk of Court is instructed to add consolidated defendants and their corresponding lead and local counsel to the lead case. Counsel who appeared pro hac vice in any member case may file a Notice of Appearance in the lead case without reapplying for pro hac vice status. Counsel not yet appearing in a member case must file a Notice of Appearance in the lead case referencing the relevant member case.

The document was filed April 24.
