The conditional transfer order, CTO-77, will be stayed for seven days from its April 24 entry. If no party files a notice of opposition with the Panel clerk within that window, the transfer becomes effective upon filing with the Northern District of California clerk’s office.
The Pennsylvania Middle District case joins three tag-along actions from Minnesota also listed on the schedule: P.M. v. Meta Platforms, Inc. et al, B.N. v. Meta Platforms, Inc. et al, and V.W. v. Meta Platforms, Inc. et al.
The MDL originated October 6, 2022, when the Panel transferred 20 civil actions to the Northern District of California. Since then, 322 additional actions have been transferred to the district, all assigned to Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers with the court’s consent.
